How to Custom Active Wear

Empirelion is a professional manufacturer and designer with 20 years of Industry experience working with many of the well-known brands. 
We are specializing in production of kinds of Active Wear.

Collect Information for Designs

We will collect all the necessary information from client like Design or ideas, Fabric details, colors, Logo, etc. and we will designer on them.

Confirm the prices and delivery time

After Client confirmed the design, fabric, etc. we will provide quotation for unit price and delivery time.

Make fitting approval samples

Once client confirmed the price and delivery time, we will make the sample which will be in correct fabric and send to client approval the fitting.

Sales Confirmation

After Client approved the fitting samples, we will issue the sales contract and signed both of us.

Payment Term

We have 2 payment terms for choose, one is D/P at sight with 30% deposit and another is L/C at sight. Client needs arrange to pay deposit or open the L/C as confirmed, we will start the production process from buying fabric after receipt of the deposit or L/C.

Pre-production samples approval

We will submit the pre-production samples in correct fabric colors and accessories for approval and then production will be started after the pre-production samples approved to ensure everything is correct.

Go to production

We will follow the comments of pre-production samples to go to production, before cutting, we do shrink fabric, then cut it as per the pattern. After all the materials cutting, we began to sew all the materials and make clothes.

Quality Control

We have 3 times inspections of start inspection, online inspection, and final inspection cross all the production and will keep sending the reports to client to let client know the production situation.

Shipping samples approval

When the production finished, we will submit the shipping samples which are picked up from bulk and send to client for final approval. The goods would not be shipped till the shipping samples approved.

Shipment & shipping Documents

The shipment will be arranged after the shipping samples approved, we will send the booking to client’s shipping forwarder or agency, if client has not himself shipping forwarder or agency, we will use ourselves. 

Payment

We will submit the shipping documents to bank, and client just pay as invoice as per bank instruction and then got all documents from bank.
