Q Do you have stock for sale?
A All of OEM production runs are carefully designed based on actual order needs. Therefore, we do not hold or sell stock garments.

Q Who are your fabric suppliers?
A We can work with your nominated suppliers or our own sourced suppliers. Fabrics can be imported or produced locally. The majority of our production fabrics are manufactured in China.

Q What are your shipping terms?
A Orders can be shipped either by sea freight (approximately 30 days) or air freight (approximately 5-7 days).
We can work with your designated freight forwarder or our affiliate partners who offer the most competitive rates in the market.

Q How can I get a quote for my design?
A We can give you an initial quotation once we receive the following components：
Design artwork and measurement chart or reference garment sample

Q What is your policy for reorders?
A All minimum quantity requirements still apply for reorders. However, the turnaround time should be reduced since your artwork is already on file.

Q What are the order payment terms?
A We offer two payment options for bulk production:
L/C (letter of credit)
30% deposit payment up front with the remaining balance paid against the shipping document.

Q I'm not quite sure what I want. Can you help me with my design?
A Yes. We have an in-house sportswear design department that is happy to help you create an exclusive design collection.
Whether you bring us hand-drawn sketches, reference garment samples or a complete design, we can work with your project at any step in the design process.

Q How can I ensure the fastest turn around time possible?
A To ensure a speedy production schedule, it is essential to provide us with these 3 elements：
Completed artwork
A completed order form
A 30% deposit (must be paid before we process your order and arrange the production space for you)

Q What is the cost of samples?
A Cost of samples are calculated as follows：2.5 X the quoted unit price. Initial sample costs will be reimbursed after the official bulk order placement.

Q What are your order minimums/MOQs?
A In general, our order minimums are influenced by fabric and trims minimums, and can vary depending on style complexity and fabric composition. While we can produce virtually any quantity, from our experience, around 800 pcs/style is about as low as we can go and maintain bulk efficiency (and bulk pricing!). This being said, we also maintain some flexibility in terms of your order as a "package." We can give you a better picture once we know the specifics of your order.
