We may from time to time make available through our Site certain services provided by third parties. To gain access to these services, you must register with these third parties and deal with them direct.
We have no control over the content of those third party sites or the performance of these services. Accordingly, you use these services at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.

A The rules
Some areas of the Site allow you to enter content. We want everyone using the Site to have a good experience, so you promise that your content (“Content”) will not: 
· contain any material which is defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
· promote sexually explicit material, violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
· infringe any copyright, database right, or trade mark, or any other intellectual property rights of any other person;
· be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety or be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
· be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case; or
· be used to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material. 
Who owns content posted
By submitting Content you are granting us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sublicense the Content in whole or in part and in any form, including for marketing purposes in our own materials and on social media.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for all losses, costs and expenses reasonably incurred by us, all damages awarded against us by a court and all sums paid by us as a result of any settlement agreed by us because of: 
· any claim by any third party that your Content is defamatory, offensive or abusive, or of an obscene or pornographic nature, or is illegal or is in breach of any applicable law, regulation or code of practice;
· any claim by any third party that your Content infringes that third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights; and
· any claim by any third party that your Content breaches any confidentiality or privacy rights. 
Removal of Content
We reserve the right to refuse to post Content on the Site or to remove Content already posted on the Site, although we do not actively moderate content posted.
You must not try to re-post Content that we have refused to post on the Site or that we have previously removed from the Site.

Intellectual property
“Empirelion” is a registered trade mark of Jiangsu Empire International Co.Ltd.. who is the owners or the licensees of all trade marks, and all other marks, trade names, brand names, business names, illustrations, images, logos, registered or unregistered designs, copyrights and other intellectual property rights which appear on our Site.
You are licensed to use the material on the Site on a very limited basis: just to use the Site as intended and in accordance with these T&Cs for your own personal, non-commercial use. Nothing more, nothing less! You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any part of our Site.

You have right to re-inspect the goods and we will bear the responsibility for below issues if they are raised within 30 days after the goods arrived the destination:
*Quality problems which including the fabric quality, workmanship, size specification, colors or trims are not as the final inspection report or approval comments or samples’.
*Quantity problem which including the total quantity is less then Invoice or the packing is not matched the Packing List.

Our closed shipping port is Shanghai China, another ports in China is workable too.
Buyer's shipping forwarder to arrange the shipment is acceptable. We also can use ourself shipping forwarder to arrange the shipment as per Buyer's requirement.
We will be in charge to clear Chinese custom and submit the relation documents. The below shipping documents will be submitted to you or Bank after shipment：
Original Invoice 3 sets
Original Packing List 3 sets
Original Bill of Loading 3 sets
Other documents if need.

We have strictly quality control system, There are at least three product inspections, i.e. before in line, in line and final inspections. Each inspection shall be reported and followed up. All reports shall be filed in time according to the specifications. During the production process, the correct production samples will be followed. and also we have special QC to do the inspection based on AQL2.5 or 4.0 standard. We accept customers' QC to inspect the goods in any time.

A After order confirmed, we will submit the below free samples for approval:
1. 2-3 pieces approval fit sample in random color correct fabric, the size grading will be started after the fitting approved by you.
2. 2-3 sets Fabric quality swatches, Lab dips, prints and all of the trims. The fabric and trims will be ordered after they have been approved by you.
3. 1 set Pre-production samples in any one size with correct fabric and accessories, the production will be started after the pre-production samples have been approved by you.
4. 1 set shipping samples picked up from the bulk cross size and colors, the shipment will be arranged after the samples approved by you.
All of the samples are to make sure the Fitting, Workmanship, Fabric, Colors and trims are as request, You would not change the mind if we have already started the production as per your comments, otherwise the losses will be happened. So please check carefully and issue your comments.
If you need more samples listed above, the samples need to be paid and the extra sample units and details to be advise before the production started.

The prices on our Empirelion website marked B2B are based on FOB Shanghai price term, Marked B2C are retail prices, so All of the prices and term could be negotiated as per the order units and details. The final prices and term is subject to both confirmation.
We accept payment via the payment methods shown here. 
If order amount is less usd10,000, the payment is 30% deposit by T/T and the balance 70% to be paid by T/T at sight after the goods shipped.
If order amount is more than usd10,000, the payment could be 30% deposit by T/T and the balance 70% to be paid by T/T at sight after the goods shipped. Or by Letter Credit at sight.
Other payment methods could be discussed before the sales contract signed.

You can place the orders for any styles one website, the details, logo and trade mark could be not changed as your requirement which is called OEM. This section of our T&Cs explains how that works.
Your order via the Site for a Product is an offer to buy that Product from us. When we get your inquiries, we will send you an order confirmation email listing each Product you have requested to order and an estimated delivery date. At that point a sales contract will be made between us to confirm the units, prices, payment term and shipment date, etc.
For the products, You'll know the lead time for both samples and production and also when they will be shipped, we will have a special salesman to in charge of the orders and keeping touch and update with you by email.
